Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards is allegedly plotting her payback against husband Aaron Phypers.

The reality star's husband, who was branded "gross" by her co-stars, who also admitted to a tense relationship with him during Richards' brief, and oft-shaded, time on the show, filed for divorce on July 7.

As she also works on raising her children, Phypers allegedly demanded she foot the bill for his monthly living costs, which amount to a staggering $105,000, in the papers he filed.

Sources suggest she was caught completely off guard by the divorce filing, with both parties now said to be 'trying to hurt each other'.

Denise, 54 - who famously portrayed Bond girl Christmas Jones in the 1999 James Bond flick The World Is Not Enough - started dating Aaron, 52, back in 2017.

The pair tied the knot the following year, just months after getting engaged, reports the Mirror.

Aaron allegedly cited "irreconcilable differences" in the filing and listed July 4 as their official separation date, coming shortly after their seventh wedding anniversary.

According to TMZ, court documents obtained by the publication reveal he's requesting spousal support from Denise and claims to have zero income of his own.

The outlet also reported that Aaron estimates his wife pulls in more than $250,000 monthly - approximately £185,000 - through OnlyFans, television work, brand partnerships and public appearances.

Fresh revelations about their breakup have now surfaced, with sources claiming that the "last thing she wanted was another divorce, so he gave her a divorce".

"Aaron wanted to hurt her and he has. Meanwhile, the last thing he wants is to be broke - so she's cutting off his cash flow," an insider recently told MailOnline. Her estranged spouse has been out of work since his Malibu wellness hub, Q360 Club, closed its doors last October.

In the legal documents, he's said to have pegged their monthly expenditure at a hefty $105,000 - roughly £77,000 - which Denise has reportedly been footing. Their lavish lifestyle allegedly includes splurging $20K on fashion and $15K on dining out, translating to about £15,000 and £11,000 respectively.

People magazine, which claims to have viewed the court papers, reports that Aaron is seeking to retain their assets and debts as separate property. His wish list purportedly features power tools, a motorcycle, and a sports car.

However, an insider told MailOnline that Denise, known for her roles in movies like Wild Things (1998), hasn't yet responded to the filings. She's reportedly told friends that he's grossly inflated her earnings and she won't be able to fulfill his requests.

The Mirror has reached out to Denise's reps for a statement.
